HOW KOREAN is a free online quiz game service about Korean culture, K-Pop, and related topics. No account registration is required. The service is provided as-is for entertainment and educational purposes.
Usage Rules
Users must not post profane, offensive, or inappropriate content in comments or nicknames. Automated access, scraping, or abuse of the service is prohibited. We reserve the right to hide or remove content that violates these rules and to restrict access to users who repeatedly violate them.
Intellectual Property
All audio, video, and image media used in quizzes remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used for entertainment purposes only. The HOW KOREAN brand, website design, and original content are our property. For content removal requests, please contact us.
Disclaimer
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation by contacting us directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Seoul, Korea. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court where necessary.
Advertising & Monetization
HOW KOREAN is a free service supported by advertising revenue. We display advertisements through Google AdSense. The content of advertisements is determined by Google's ad network, not by HOW KOREAN. We do not endorse or guarantee any products or services advertised on our platform. You can manage your Google ad preferences through Google's Ad Settings. Revenue from advertising allows us to maintain and improve the service at no cost to users.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
