HOW KOREAN is a free online quiz game service about Korean culture, K-Pop, and related topics. No account registration is required. The service is provided as-is for entertainment and educational purposes.
Usage Rules
Users must not post profane, offensive, or inappropriate content in comments or nicknames. Automated access, scraping, or abuse of the service is prohibited. We reserve the right to hide or remove content that violates these rules and to restrict access to users who repeatedly violate them.
Intellectual Property
All audio, video, and image media used in quizzes remain the property of their respective copyright holders and are used for entertainment purposes only. The HOW KOREAN brand, website design, and original content are our property. For content removal requests, please contact us.
Disclaimer
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
準拠法
本利用規約は、法の抵触に関する原則を除き、大韓民国の法律に準拠し、同法に従って解釈されます。ユーザーは、大韓民国ソウルに所在する裁判所の専属管轄権に服することに同意するものとします。
紛争解決
本規約またはサービスの利用に起因する紛争については、まず当社に直接ご連絡いただき、誠実な協議による解決を試みるものとします。協議により30日以内に紛争を解決できない場合は、韓国ソウルでの拘束力のある仲裁に付託されます。本条項は、必要な場合にいずれかの当事者が裁判所に差止命令による救済を求めることを妨げるものではありません。
広告とマネタイズ
HOW KOREANは広告収入により運営される無料サービスです。Google AdSenseを通じて広告を表示しています。広告の内容はGoogleの広告ネットワークにより決定され、HOW KOREANが決定するものではありません。当社はプラットフォーム上に掲載される製品やサービスを推奨または保証するものではありません。Googleの広告設定から広告の表示設定を管理できます。広告収入により、ユーザーに無料でサービスを維持・改善することが可能となっています。
規約の変更
当社は、本利用規約をいつでも変更する権利を留保します。変更を行った場合は、このページ上部の「最終更新日」を更新します。変更後もサービスを継続して利用された場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。重要な変更については、ホームページで追加の告知を行う場合があります。定期的に本規約をご確認いただくことをお勧めします。
